Please review for further details.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em><u>Cancellation Policy<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Guests must notify us of any cancellations at least 7 days prior to the check-in date to be eligible for a refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the event of a cancellation received within 6 days or less, before the check-in date, or in the case of a no-show by a guest, the refund will be forfeited.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em><u>Refund Policy<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><em>Refund Process<\/em><\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Refunds will be processed within <strong>10 days<\/strong> of the cancellation request.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>Refund Exceptions<\/em><\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Refunds will not be given for any unused portion of the stay due to late check-ins or early departures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the rarity of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, the refund will be considered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em><u>House Rules<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Check in time<\/strong> will be from 14:00 to 18:00, you will need to inform the property in advance what time you\u2019ll arrive.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Check out time <\/strong>will be from 10:00 to 11:00.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Child policies<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Children of any age are welcome.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prices for cots and extra beds are <strong>not<\/strong> included in the total price, and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:10%\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:60%\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table is-style-regular\" style=\"font-size:15px\"><table><tbody><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\"><strong>0-1 years old<\/strong><\/td><td><\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">Extra bed, upon request<\/td><td>\u20ac 20 per child, per night.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">Cot, upon request<\/td><td>Free<\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\"><strong>2+ years old<\/strong><\/td><td><\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">Extra bed, upon request<\/td><td>\u20ac 20 per person, per night.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:30%\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All cots and extra beds will be subject to availability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any damages made in the apartment or its property will incur charges for the guests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parties and events are strictly <strong>not<\/strong> permitted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pets are <strong>not<\/strong> allowed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prepayment Policy Cancellation Policy Refund Policy House Rules 0-1 years old Extra bed, upon request \u20ac 20 per child, per night.
